I am really excited to be involved in a project in North Bondi. A complete renovation and extension to an existing 1930's property. This is a project of many stages starting with getting to know the client, working with their ideas and bringing the colour and detail they desire to life.

This Victorian property was subject to a large renovation, extension and sympathetic overhaul. The owner, based in Sydney, had bought the property as an investment property and wanted a modern clean edge that would appeal to the appropriate rental market in the area. We worked together to create a palette for the exterior and interior of this property.

One of the most important parts of getting the best price at time of sale is ensuring that your property has street appeal. This property was long overdue a bit of TLC and I worked with the owner to put together a scheme which was relevant to the area, the heritage and afforded the greatest appeal to the greatest number of buyers.
