This late 19th century property was completely renovated prior to it's sale to my client.  The property is a mix of it's original Victorian features, a modern kitchen and indoor outdoor dining with hints of Japanese design as well as inclusions of 16th century French ornate doors and a commissioned mural by a renowned German Mural artist on the front boundary wall.  The client had a love of Mid Century Modern (MCM). 

The brief was to assist the client in putting together a shopping list which enabled her to bring in her love of MCM, yet perfectly complement the existing colour palette and supported the existing historical and design influences incorporated by it's prior owner.
