Is it a bird? Is it a plane?….. no it’s a little plea to help me write better!!!
Dear Readers,
Do not fear, this is not a new wallpaper fad or flooring tile that I put before you. Nor is it the colour palette for 2013, although I do love a little teal and sunshine yellow!!
Rather, I have been placed in two categories by the Sydney Writers Centre for their Inaugural 2012 Australian blog awards. One being judged be the industry insiders, and the others by the blogging experts that would be…. well YOU, in the form of The People’s Choice.
I therefore lay my blog before you and ask for those of you who have, do, or think they may, enjoy my little blog to hit the magic blue button on the side and vote for “out of the birdcage”. I think there are 940 odd entrants so probably I am a little up against it, but as the saying goes “gotta be in it to win it”. And if I win it I get some fab writing courses to help me improve on my blogging skills.
