My clients had acquired a striking warehouse conversion with incredible potential, but its layout left much to be desired. The upper mezzanine, though expansive, lacked privacy and functionality—resulting in a significant amount of wasted space.
With their vision and wish list in hand, I worked closely with them to shape a design that was both practical and beautifully considered, ready for seamless delivery by the builder.
The result is a home that feels both sophisticated and effortless: a new master suite complete with a generous ensuite and walk-in robe, two additional bedrooms, a refined guest bathroom, a bespoke kitchen with a cleverly integrated walk-in pantry, and thoughtfully designed storage throughout.
Every detail was approached with the aim of balancing function and luxury, transforming unused space into a home tailored to both everyday living and elegant entertaining.
