Kingsford | Classic Modernisation

A 1980s detached home brought into the present in a classic, considered way. The brief centred on reworking an impractical laundry and powder room, alongside the master ensuite and walk-in robe, to make each space work harder for the way the family lives today.

Spatial planning and clever functionality were key, finding opportunities for better flow and storage without simply adding more. Bespoke joinery was designed into each space with the same level of consideration as any hero room in the house.

The result is a series of hardworking spaces that feel resolved, cohesive and very much part of the home, rather than rooms that were simply there to serve a function.
