This Federation property in Stanmore brings together a mixture of a character filled home with a 90"s extension.  As it currently stands the floor plan does not work for their life and as such we put together a plan which takes account of the history, deals with the current and looks at how this can be adapted into the future. A very tailored brief was done here with concepts and  suggested floor plans  put together for the future renovation together with detailed concepts for cabinetry, furnishing and styling. Whilst they wait for the bigger picture to come into reality the clients wanted a solution of how they could utilise the space and integrate their existing furnishings to make best use of the space as it stands now. Their love of Mid Century Modern (MCM), Travel, their gorgeous cats, reading and old school vinyl music were to be integrated to ensure the house becomes a home that reflects them.
