This Melbourne property was subject to a large renovation, extension and sympathetic overhaul.  The owner, based in Sydney, had bought the property as an investment property and wanted a modern clean edge that would appeal to the appropriate rental market in the area.  We worked together to create a palette for the exterior and interior of this property.
